How do I order?
Visit the workshop or write to us. For a whip to order we agree the length, hide, plait, balance and timing together.
Do you repair old whips?
Often, yes. We repair and restore worn whips, respecting the maker. Show us the whip and we will advise.
Do you make whips to order?
Yes. We plait whips by hand from good hide, to your length, plait and balance. Tell us the use and we will advise and prepare a quote.
Can you fit a new fall or cracker?
Yes. We fit new falls and crackers and re-plait tired whips to keep them in use. Show us the whip and we will advise.
What does a plaited whip cost?
It depends on the whip, the hide and the work involved. Tell us what you have in mind and we will give you a clear price.
